My ideal teacher

Currently, the educational system is subject to changes in a positive way due to globalization, since it includes us in world events and improves the sources of learning. Technology at an educational level has its advantages and disadvantages, as a positive contribution we can find that for both the teacher and the student they are tools for good knowledge, it also contributes to the teacher looking for effective methods for the learning of their students, but more That is why their students feel comfortable and good with the teacher, trying to be an example for them by being a good educator showing qualities that an ideal teacher should have.

What makes a teacher the best version is that they love their job first of all, supporting their students and being there for them. An ideal teacher is a gentle person who at all times gives the best version of themselves regardless of the bad personal moments they may have, that is, not mixing work with personal life, a good teacher needs not only extensive knowledge of the subject he teaches and a study plan; You need to be enthusiastic, loving and empathetic but also firm and respectful, responsible, flexible and communicative.

 Every good educator has the quality of being creative and innovative, which allows them to create educational environments and dynamics that motivate students to have positive academic performance. It makes use of tools and resources that favor the teaching-learning process, a quality of a good teacher is also one who is always there for his students whenever they need him, always willing to answer questions. In my case I had an experience with one of my English teachers who educated me until high school, he was a teacher who always supported his students, was attentive to our doubts until the last day to clarify them, he used effective methods for our learning, for example readings, videos in English, different podcasts on topics that caught our attention such as the environment, animals among others, sometimes he played us music in English, each of these techniques were of great help for our learning.

 My English teacher, apart from all the methods he used and always being there for us as students, also had a kind and generous spirit, he strived to make the classroom environment warm and welcoming and fostered an honest and respectful environment, He also transmitted not only knowledge but understanding, empathy and skills for the real world, so that we as his students had a perspective of being great and prepared people within society, in conclusion he is a teacher that we students saw as an example.

  Conclusions:

- A good educator is one who gives everything in the classroom and recognizes the importance of his role in the cognitive and social development of his students. 

- Attitude counts and it is something that students notice at first glance. Anyone who is delighted with his profession will undoubtedly do his job better. Along these lines, a pedagogue convinced of his ability to mobilize the learning of his students is more likely to motivate them and convince them that they can learn. 

-A good teacher not only teaches students how to do something, but also shows them why it is important and how it can be applied in the real world. In addition to being inspiring, a good teacher is also patient and understanding.
